5 minutes bedtime routine , try it and feel the change

Try this 5 minute bedtime routine to start manifesting positively into your life.This simple tool can have a profound effect on your life often times we come home from work and we are thinking about the  stresses and pressures of our body . What  went wrong  Who we were upset with what we could have done better We have been running around all day  in a stressed out or worried state and  we are generally in a negative mode by the end of the day . Thinking abut what we should have or could have one differently. this simple exercise  is  something you can do tonight before you go to bed, and it only takes a few minutes. 





                    THE LAW OF ATTRACTION 

                                    It is the law of attraction which use the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality in basic terms all thoughts turn into things eventually if you focus on negative doom and gloom  you will remain under the cloud. If you focus on positive thoughts and have goals you aim to achieve. you will find a way to achieve them with massive action.


                     THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND GIVES US WHAT WE  WANT 


                            When you want something all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it a quote from paulo coehlo . the subconscious mind is the most conscious when it is in sleep state our minds are busy at work in the daytime  and when we start to settle before bed . our mind are often filled with negativity and stress from the day when this happens we will go to bed and our subconscious will think that what we want more of so we will go to work on manifesting that your subconscious mind is listening to you  asking the universe for what you want to manifest into your life. if you feel your mind with what you don't want what you don't like what you worry about .your subconscious does not distinguish between what is positive or what is negative?. i t goes to work on what you are consciously thinking about you are suggesting to your subconscious mind thee negative unhappy thoughts if you program your mind to tell yourself all the things you do not like how you feel mistreated or how horrible the economy is . these are the ideas. you are felling to your subconscious . instead try to reverse this practice you want to shift away from that negative consciousness?

                          PROGRAM YOUR MIND WITH YOUR  I AM

                                    Instead try programming your mind with positive ions such as  i am creative  .  i am healthy , i a loved , i am grateful,  i am joy . take a few minutes to down the positive things that you want to manifest into your life. repeat this to yourself a few times each night. if you dont want your instruction to your subconscious self to sealed with negative thoughts befoe you head to sleep for the night.
